By accessing or using Jawab AI ("Service"), operated by Jawab AI Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Jawab AI is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered chatbots on their websites, WhatsApp, and Telegram channels. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to:
We implement security measures including email OTP verification on every login, rate limiting (maximum 5 failed login attempts before a 15-minute lockout), session timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity, and IP logging for audit purposes.
You may not share your account credentials with third parties. Enterprise plan subscribers may invite team members via the Team Members feature.
The Service is offered under the following plans (prices in GBP, inclusive of applicable taxes):
Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount compared to equivalent monthly billing. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year.
All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Failed payments trigger an email alert and a 3-day grace period, after which your account may be suspended.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access until the end of that period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days of the billing date.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be prompted to enter payment details to continue using the Service. If you do not provide payment details, your account will be downgraded and bot functionality will be suspended.
Abuse of the free trial (e.g. creating multiple accounts to extend trial access) is prohibited and may result in account termination.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Important: You are solely responsible for the content your bot communicates to end users. Do not train your bot on confidential data you are not authorised to use.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you process personal data of EU residents, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with GDPR.
The Service uses Claude (by Anthropic) to generate bot responses. You acknowledge that:
The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content created by us, is owned by Jawab AI Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including knowledge base documents, bot configurations, and lead data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The "Powered by Jawab" branding displayed on bots may only be removed on Enterprise and Custom plans.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to Cloudflare outages, Anthropic API disruptions, Supabase unavailability, or force majeure events.
Enterprise and Custom plan subscribers may negotiate formal SLA agreements. Contact us for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jawab AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees after the grace period, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your bot will stop functioning. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
